Assignment of carrels and lockers is made on a first-come, first-served basis.

-Approval and preparation of library cards for guest borrowers.  

Guests desiring borrowing privileges at Cook Library should obtain a copy of the fee schedule, services and policies sheet available in the Reference kiosk or the Administration Office, and turn in the application form to the Library Administration office, weekdays from 9:00-4:00.  Only checks are accepted.  Forms will be processed and, a guest card will then be issued.  For more information, review Circulation Policies and Services.
