Circulation, Reserve, and ILL Information
The Access Services
Department at Cook Library is responsible for checking out library
materials, maintaining patron records, billing for overdue fines
and lost materials, placing interlibrary loan requests, ensuring
collection security and the carrying out all course reserve functions.
The Circulation Desk, just inside the entrance, is open all
hours
the library is open.

The Jane Bancroft
Cook Library has a print reserve collection that is housed behind
the Circulation Desk on the First Floor of the Library.
Faculty may place articles and books on reserve for their classes
and the materials are checked out to students for limited time
periods.
Faculty may also
place articles or book chapters on electronic reserve to make
them available for online viewing. For more information, click

To find out what
items are available on Reserve, click
HERE. You may search by
course name, instructor's name, or the author or title of a particular
item.

INTERLIBRARY
LOAN:
Interlibrary Loan
will obtain books and articles that are not available in Cook
Library or via the Virtual Library (check first to avoid delays!).
To request items, use ILLiad, the online interlibrary loan system.
This service is only available to University of South Florida
faculty, staff, and students. For more detailed information regarding
eligibility, please refer to the
USF Libraries ILL Policy.
Those not affiliated with the University of South Florida may
wish to contact their local public library for interlibrary loan
services.
