If you already have an account with AIM, Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger, you can just use our screenname - CookLibraryHelp.

If you do not already have an instant messenger account, you will need to sign up for an account with one of the services and either download free software or use a web-based version.

meebo

You can login to your preferred service at www.meebo.com to IM via the web. Please note that only AIM, Yahoo and MSN services are available for Cook Library Reference. Googletalk and meebo are not available at this time.

Hours

You can IM a librarian during regular reference desk hours. This semester:

Monday - Thursday 9:00am 9:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm - 9:00pm
